RECEIVING DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If a product is delivered damaged, notify us immediately at care@the-goodnesscompany.com and we will arrange for a replacement at the earliest opportunity.
MISPLACED AND INCORRECT ORDERS
If you receive any misplaced or incorrect items, please contact us at care@the-goodnesscompany.com and we will promptly resolve the issue.
RETURNING PRODUCTS
Products may be returned only in the case of a manufacturing defect. Please note that, in such instances, we will issue a replacement; however, refunds will not be provided.
UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS
In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly via email. Your order will be refunded through the same payment method.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
