ABOUT OUR DELIVERY SERVICE

Orders are delivered across Singapore by our logistics partner from Monday to Friday (excl. Public Holidays). Please ensure there is someone available to accept the delivery of your order. Kindly note that delivery times may vary due to public holidays, special occasions, or any unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your basket value.

DELIVERY TIMINGS

Our deliveries take place between Monday and Friday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Please note that orders placed on Thursday (after 11pm), Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be delivered on Monday.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details entered upon checkout are accurate. 

MISSED DELIVERY

The delivery is considered unsuccessful or missed if no one answers the door, and the courier has made several attempts to reach you on the contact number provided.

RESCHEDULED DELIVERY

Any delivery that is missed, rescheduled, or requires a change in the delivery address after payment will incur an additional charge of SGD 25. This charge is payable before the reattempt is made.

DELIVERY RATES

Spend SGD 50 for free delivery; orders below SGD 50 incur a delivery charge (calculated at checkout).
